Price, delivery and rental duration
Each started 24-hour period counts as one rental day. More than 24 hours and up to 48 hours therefore counts as two days.
Delivery and collection cost €30 once per order. Last-minute delivery costs an additional €25 for today or €15 for tomorrow, based on Paris calendar dates. Optional damage protection is extra.

Can you deliver the wheelchair to my hotel?
Yes. Delivery to hotels in Paris is available subject to availability and access conditions. Provide the hotel name, address and booking name when reserving.
How is the rental duration calculated?
Each started 24-hour period counts as one rental day. A rental lasting more than 24 hours and up to 48 hours is charged as two days.
How far can the wheelchair travel?
The advertised range is up to 25 km. Actual range varies with user weight, terrain, slopes, temperature and battery charge.
